I have developed, implemented, and managed multiple monitoring and inventory systems to enhance operational efficiencies, utilizing tools like PDQ Inventory and PRTG integrated with domain controllers for effective OU-based management. Additionally, I have employed Nagios and Centreon for comprehensive monitoring. My role involves publishing monthly reports on various key performance indicators (KPIs) and constructing automated inventory databases to streamline resource management and decision-making processes.
