Technical manager of the CEA showrooms in Grenoble: team leadership, reliable installations, new content and custom devices.

Serving as technical manager of the CEA showrooms was one of the most enriching experiences of my career. I led a team of technicians, content creators and service providers to ensure the highest reliability of our showrooms. My responsibilities ranged from improving existing installations to creating new content and developing unique devices. At its core, the job was about intensive project and team management: tight deadlines, multiple simultaneous projects and technical presentations at trade shows and events. Above all, it was driven by a passion for innovation, technology, prototyping, museography, scenography and content creation.
