I'm Clément, a CISO based near Grenoble, France. Since July 2026, I have been serving as an outsourced CISO (RSSI) at PBSCo for organizations in the defense, energy and healthcare sectors, where I steer information security governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.

In these sectors, a security incident is never just an IT problem: it can interrupt critical operations, disrupt patient care or expose sensitive information. My job is to make sure that risk is understood at every level, from the executive committee to the teams on the ground, and that every decision is backed by concrete, proportionate measures.

I spent ten years building, operating and auditing information systems before securing them. That background lets me speak the language of both management and engineers, and turn regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and GDPR into realistic action plans rather than box-ticking exercises.

What drives me is making security a lever rather than a constraint: an organization that knows its risks can innovate, grow and earn trust with confidence.
