Since my early days in a CEA showroom, I have seen automation as essential to streamline tasks and improve the experience of both staff and users while minimizing service disruptions. Over the years, I have mastered a range of languages and tools to work more efficiently. I frequently use PowerShell for automation projects, along with simple batch scripts, and I am also an enthusiastic user of Python and the C family of languages. Beyond classic scripting, I enjoy building automation with Microsoft Power Automate, such as bots that summarize emails in Teams, send automatic reminders and alerts during service disruptions, or perform bulk file operations based on specific conditions.
